Can you provide me with additional digital files or drawings?
Yes. Our Engineering team is happy to provide you with any digital files you need. This includes in all of the different file types. For example: PDF,DWG, RFA,BIM, etc.
If you do not find what you need, please let us know, and we will work to get it to you quickly.
During Covid, can you host a virtual meeting to talk about Sioux Chief's different products?
Yes, we are happy to! We have been doing a lot of virtual meetings, and find it to be a great way to introduce our Engineer customers, and their entire teams, to Sioux Chief. We can host a virtual meeting in nearly all of the available formats. For example, Zoom, Teams, Google Hangouts, Face Time, etc.
What about Lunch & Learns?
Normally, we do a lot of lunch and learns. There is no better way for you to understand the quality & innovation that is Sioux Chief than to hold our products in your hands.
Currently , we are still doing lunch and learns, but we are making sure to keep them as safe as possible. When the weather is nice, we have been hosting them outside and in areas that allow for lots of social distancing
Do your products meet the Buy America Act?

Yes. We are happy to take off your trench drain job. Please fill out the Fast Track Job form (click here), and send it back to us. We will send you back a list of which items you need for a perfect trench drain installation
Is there a PowerPoint presentation that offers a good overview of the Sioux Chief line?

What is the best way for us to see Sioux Chief's different products?
Undoubtedly, the best way to see a wide range of our products is to have us come visit with one of our Sioux Chief trailers. These trailers are full of all of our different commercial drainage, arresters, trench drains, floor sinks, outlet boxes, trap-primers, and a whole lot more. Please let us know and we will arrange to have one of our Sioux Chief trailers come to your office or jobsite.

Can you cross reference products from other manufacturers?
Absolutely, we are happy to cross over any plans or specifications that you have.
Can you do a job submittal package?
Yes, we are happy to prepare you a submittal package that is job specific. You can either send us an existing submittal package or the plumbing plan set. We will prepare you a package of all of the different product submittals for every Sioux Chief product on that job.
Can you help me to update our Master Spec Language?
We would be happy to. Remember, whenever you choose Sioux Chief products you are choosing quality products that are engineered to last. Most of our products are proudly made here in the USA.
